Day 15 - New signs go up, bigger and better than ever!

This past Monday night the rapists and molesters came down from Camp Pervert and destroyed many of the signs erected over the past 2 weeks.

Today many new signs were created, including 2 huge signs that were hoisted 20 feet up the telephone poles with a telescopic handler. King Kong couldn't get to these signs!

Lirra worked the morning shift and had about a 10 protesters. I arrived around 6 pm and stayed till closing at 10 pm. We had about 15 protesters during that time.

We need more protesters on the lines. Remember, the only reason David Allyn Dokich is not wandering the neighborhood looking for his next victim is because of the protests. Unless you want Dokich drooling over your child, get off your butt and get to the protest.

I will get some pics up tomorrow.

Day 15 - Conditions of David Allyn Dokich's parole available

The John and Ken Show managed to get a copy of the conditions David Allyn Dokich.

Click the link above to see them.

Thanks John and Ken!

FYI

I am slow posting because I have family in from out of state and I am traveling in and out of the area.

Day 14 - Work those phones!

Although you may not be able to join the protest in front of 'Camp Pervert', you can be a tremedous help by calling the following and telling them what you think of them dumping a two time child rapist into a community full of children:

Director of the California Department of Corrections Jeanne Woodford - 916-445-7682

Secretary of the California Department of Corrections Rod Hickman - 916-323-6001

Deputy Director of Paroles Mr. Jim L'Etoile - 916-327-0693

Regional Chief Deputy of Field Operations Alfred Martinez - 909-468-2301 x2322

Sexual Violent Predator Coordinator Parole Agent II Mr. Marvin Cooper -909-468-2301 x2319

Regional Administrator Mr. Jeff Fagott- 909-468-2301 x2324

District Administrator Doris Mahlum- 951-571-4040 or 760-772-3157

Parole Agent III Mr. T. Summers - 951-571-4040 x208

Parole Agent I Mr. F. Hernandez - 951-571-4040 x238

Moreno Valley Paroles Office #2 Region IV - 951-571-4040

Call them all, then call them again, every day until David Allyn Dokich is out of here and away from children.

Day 14 - Officials are reading this blog

Just a quick note, I was informed by multiple sources last night that county and state officials are reading this blog on a daily basis to stay informed.

One even told me "its the best source out there".

I appreciate the feedback.

I do want to make one thing perfectly clear. I am trying to report on these events as accurately as possible. I will not 'invent' stories nor will I 'juice' things up.

However, its not always easy getting at the truth. I can call 10 different officials and get 10 different answers. Last night Jonathan Sassani told me his office runs into the same problem.

I will continue to do my best to keep you informed.

Over 100 concerned citizens attended
Posted by Hello

Day 13 - Community meeting recap

Update: I completed this post this morning (Wed), I was wiped out last night, please re-read in its entirety.

Thanks to all that attended. We were originally in a room with a maximum capacity of 65 persons but we quickly exceeded that and we had to move the meeting outdoors to the basketball court. According to our sign in sheet over 100 concerned citizens attended this meeting.

A special thanks to John and Ken from KFI for mentioning the meeting on their show today, many residents heard about on their drive home and stopped by.

The following officials attended:

Joe Pasquale and Gary Johnson came in from Phelan. As you may recall, they fought a battle there when a group home for sexual offenders was about to open. Click here to read about it. They led the meeting and offered thier advice based on what they have learned and we greatly appreciate it. They really emphasized protesting peacefully and not getting sucked into any confrontations with the residents of Last Chance. The perverts will look for any opportunity to discredit us and we cannot allow that to happen.

Verne Lauritzen told us that the legislation being written by Supervisor Jeff Stone, Deputy District Attorney Rod Pacheco and others was not quite ready but should be in about a week. This would make it more restrictive on where sexual predators could be placed. It should be noted that nothing the County of Riverside does can supercede California law. We will have to wait on see on this.

Verne said something to the affect "we know Dokich has been wondering around at night" while Jonathan Sassani said that Dokich is being electronically monitored. I will try to make more sense on the Circle K reports in another post.

Jonathan said that his office was told that the Parole Department was actively seeking a new place for Dokich but that no one wanted him. I asked for clarification, was it the halfway homes or communities rejecting Dokich? Jonathan said it was the halfway homes, they don't want any part of Dokich after seeing whats happening in Mead Valley.

It was also said that were it not for the protesters, Dokich would be out and about in the community, just like any other paroled high risk sexual offender. Only the protests are keeping him on the property now.

Those present from the community were quite upset and rightfully so. They peppered the officials attending with questions that had one common theme: Why is David Allyn Dokich still in Mead Valley?

The community is angry, frustrated and tired. Many have not slept well for the past 2 weeks. Some are missing work because they can no longer allow their children to walk to school.

We all need to keep in mind that there are really two separate issues here. One is to get David Allyn Dokich out of our community as soon as possible and the other is to keep the next David Allyn Dokich from being dumped here.

Our officials, whether they be a supervisor, assemblyman, sheriff, district attorney, etc.., have as much ability to get David Allyn Dokich out as you or I. The fact is the Department of Corrections and Parole Department control where David Allyn Dokich is placed.

Where our officials can help us is by putting pressure on Corrections and Parole to move Dokich and by creating ordinance's or legislation that will make where sexual offenders can be placed in the future very restrictive.

Lirra spoke about keeping the protesting going and being safe out there next to the road, especially if children are brought to the protest. The posted speed limit is 50 mph but if you have spent any time out there you know many vehicles are traveling well in excess of the speed limit.

If you come to the protest please stay behind the white line and keep your head on a pivot, watch that traffic. Be safe and keep your children safe. If you protest after the sun sets try to bring a flash light, wear bright clothing, any thing to make yourself more visible.

We also need to make sure no women are out there protesting without any men present. Recently, the perverts have started to come down to the road on a daily basis to threaten the women but tuck tail and run when any men show up.

Please call the following and thank them for their support:

Supervisor Bob Buster - (951) 955-1010
Supervisor Jeff Stone - (951) 955-1030
Assemblyman John Benoit - (951) 369-6644

Thanks again for attending and keep up the protesting!

Day 13 - Quick update

Just got back from the meeting, over 100 concerned citizens attended. I will get all my notes and photos in order and post later tonight.

Day 13 - Tracking confusion

I am trying to get the facts regarding if and how David Allyn Dokich is being electronically monitored. The confusion comes from there being different types of electronic monitoring.

There is GPS monitoring which would allow officials to track his movements via satellite. Per the May 13th meeting this will not be available until June.

There is also a proximity type of monitoring. This device sets off an alarm if Dokich moves a certain distrance from his halfway home. It does not allow officials to know where Dokich is, it will simply notify them if Dokich leaves his residence.

I am still waiting for clarification.

Day 13 - John and Ken report

Barry Nestande, the Chief of Staff for Assemblyman John Benoit, spoke with John and Ken today. Barry said the assemblyman spoke with Secretary of the California Department of Corrections Rod Hickman today and that David Allyn Dokich will be moved as soon as a suitable location can be found.

Barry also said that Dokich now has an electronic monitoring bracelet on him. When asked how long the bracelet has been on the spokeshole said it has been on since Dokich arrived.

This cannot be correct because during the meeting on Friday, May 13th Director of the California Department of Corrections Jeanne Woodford and Deputy Director of Parole at the California Department of Corrections Jim L'Etoile said Dokich was not being monitored electronically and that the electronic monitoring would not be available until June!

Sheriff Bob Doyle offered at the same meeting to put a tracking device on Dokich, perhaps that has been done now, but it could not have happened until AFTER the May 13th meeting.

I interviewed the clerk at the Circle K around 2 am on Friday the 13th. When I showed the clerk the flyer with Dokich's ugly mug on it the clerk recognized Dokich and said he had been in the store 3 times. When I informed the clerk that Dokich was a child rapist the clerk became concerned and asked what should be done the next time Dokich came in the store.

Everything points to Dokich making late night trips to the Circle K before May 13th. On or about May 13th is when the 2 parole officers started watching Dokich from 8 pm to 6 am.

I will try to find out who fitted Dokich with the monitoring device and when it actually happened.

Day 13 - The perverts were busy last night

Just spoke to Lirra, she is on the front line with about 10 protesters.

The Sexual Predator Clown House brought all its trash down to the road for pick up last night. At the same time all of the signs erected by the protesters have been removed. Gee, wonder who did that?

Day 13 - Things not going as planned for Dokich

Poor David Allyn Dokich.

He thought he was going to a halfway home out in the sticks. A nice quiet place to relax after so many years in prison. A community were he could blend in, make trips to the local Circle K in the middle of the night, scope out the neighborhood kids and plan for his next victim.

It didn't quite turn out that way now did it David.

Yesterday on the John and Ken Show they talked about how one of their producers called Last Chance to try and talk to the child rapist. When Dokich found out it was the John and Ken Show he refused to speak, saying they are the ones who said he was going to Circle K and that it was not true.

Well it is true, and thats a big problem for the rapist.

After the story broke last week that David had made multiple trips to the local Circle K in the middle of the night, 2 armed parole agents started spending the night with the rapist, from 8 pm to 6 am.

I bet that put a cramp on David's night life.

David Allyn Dokich can't roam around at night any longer and he won't come out during the day to face the protesters. He is stuck in a house full of perverts and there is not a thing he can do about it.

David, how do you like us now?

Day 13 - Esteban Rocha no longer at Last Chance

The Megan's Law website shows that Esteban Rocha is no longer at Last Chance. It now says he is incarcerated. Court records show that he has failed to register as a sexual offender as required by penal code 290 in the past.

Bye bye Esteban

A special thanks to John and Ken from KFI for mentioning the meeting on their show today, many residents heard about on their drive home and stopped by.

  • Verne Lauritzen, Legislative Team Member for District 3 Supervisor Jeff Stone
  • Jonathan Sassani, Field Representative for Assemblyman John Benoit

Joe Pasquale and Gary Johnson came in from Phelan. As you may recall, they fought a battle there when a group home for sexual offenders was about to open. Click here to read about it. They led the meeting and offered thier advice based on what they have learned and we greatly appreciate it.

I will finish the meeting recap in a following post.

Day 12 - Dokich being moved?

I got to the protest around 5 pm. Small crowd, about a dozen or so. Its windy and cold.

An 'unnamed' source stopped by and said David Allyn Dokich may be moved to another Sex Offender Clown House in Lake Elsinore as early as tomorrow.

Apparently Harriet Cooks is tired of us protesting. Lets hope its true and lets hope its not another neighborhood full of children.

Hopefully this is more than just a rumour.

Day 12 - Call Rod Hickman

Everyone needs to call Rod Hickman. He is the Secretary of the California Department of Corrections.

Tell Rod Hickman to stop stalling and get two time child rapist David Allyn Dokich out of Mead Valley and away from children. Call 916-323-6001.

Day 12

I have not been to the protest yet today. Spoke with Lirra, she said there were about 15 protesters there this morning.

I will get over there later today and post when I return.

Day 11 - Late shift, all the crazies are out

Got back over there around 7 pm. About 30 protesters, definately picked up since earlier today.

Found out about an hour earlier two guys came down the driveway from the Pervert Clown House and tried to start a fight. Nothing happened, thankfully.

Around 8:30 pm a motorist pulled over to the side of the road. It happens all the time, they want to sign the petition, show their support, get information, donate supplies, ect.. But not this guy. He started threatening to run everyone over. Then he wanted to fight Carlos, not a bright idea, Carlos would have cleaned his clock.

Fortunately two of Riverside's finest (Sheriff Deputies) rolled up about 1 minute later. Talk about great timing. Long story short, this guy was quite drunk and will be spending the evening in the county jail.

Another Deputy did point out that we need to be careful protesting along side the road, especially at night. And he is right. We need to develope some protocol's at Tuesday's meeting to keep everyone safe.

All together we had about a half dozen law enforcement officers out there tonight, a mix of Sheriff Deputies and CHP. They were all very helpful. They seemed to be John and Ken fans too.

At Tuesday's community meeting we will decide how we are going to put more pressure on the Parole Department. They are the ones responsible for placing all these sexual predators in our community. We will be looking into protesting at the Parole Department. That might also be a good place for John and Ken to do their show.

See you all tomorrow.

Day 11 - A new pervert moves in

The Parole Department tried to sneak another pervert into the Sex Offender Clown House but we saw them!

According to the Megan's Law website his name is Michael Shawn Rock.

269(a) AGG SEX ASSLT/CHILD UND/14+10YR YOUNGER

Thats makes 6 Sex Offenders in this one house!

A new pervert is in the house, Michael Rock

Day 11 - Afternoon report

Got to the protest about 1 pm. Only 2 protesters there, another 2 showed up a bit later. I suspect most are trying to catch up on every day life; church, shopping, laundry, banking, etc..

There was an incident after I left last night. An intoxicated gentleman who said he lived in the area wanted to ram the gate with his vehicle. The protesters convinced him that was not a good idea. He then placed 2 of his own locks on the chain around the gate. After that he drove by and through an M-80 out his window. That got the parole agents down to the gate in a flash, but of course drunk man was gone.

I want to make it clear that the protesters have been fantastic. They are exercising their constitutional right to peaceably assemble, with the emphasis on peaceably.

If anyone feels the need to break the law, please do not come to the protest, we don't want you there.

I also want to give a big 'thank you' to all the members of local law enforcement who have been showing their support. Its been great and we really appreciate it.

A new sign, its huge!

Day 11 - Google is your friend

Found an article on MSNBC written by William Finn Bennett of NCTimes.net about 'group' sex offender homes in the area. The article is not dated but I know it was written before Thursday, May 5th because its the article that led me to 21200 Old Elsinore Rd that same afternoon.

Click here to read the entire article

Note: For some reason MSNBC has removed this article. You can read Google's cached version if you click here.

The names and addresses of group homes in and around Southwest Riverside County that house convicted sex offenders:
