Day 45 - Recap

We had a meeting today to inform more members of the community what was going on. They had no idea and were very happy to get informed. We will have more meetings in the future.

Tonights protest was small but good. We only had about 15 protesters but we made the most of it.

The 2 parole agents walked down to the gate shortly after they arrived at 8 pm. It did not take us long to figure out they were expecting someone. Thanks for the tip you dummies.

We all started walking in a circle from one side of the driveway to the other, just like you see on tv when unions strike. The parole agents walked back up to the clown house.

At 8:30 pm a Ford Expedition approached driven by Corissa Cooks, daughter of Harriet Cooks. She could not get past us, became frustrated, started pounding her steering wheel and yelling "move...move...move". We held her up for about 30 seconds then let her go. She stopped just past the gate and yelled "I hope you all get run over". Thanks for the support Corissa!

A few minutes later another truck left the clown house and started driving down the driveway flanked by the 2 parole agents. We were not sure who it was but judging by the escort it may have been the President of the United States. The State of California is paying $1,100 a night for the parole agents, the perverts are getting some fantastic service and not paying a nickel for it.

It was fun, its always fun driving the perverts nuts.

See you out there and keep protesting!

Day 44 - Mead Valley Pervert Patrol gets its first bust

This is a long but good one folks. Consider getting out here were the action is, its far better than any reality tv.

We had a good crowd, around 30 tonight.

At 7 pm a Riverside County van pulled up to the front door of Camp Pervert. They only stayed a minute and left. A woman was driving and a low life looking character was in back with a fist full of money. Its curious why a county vehicle is driving in there after hours, I will dig around and see what I can find out.

Whats a Riverside County vehicle doing there after hours?

At 7:30 pm an older Ford truck approached from the south. We knew something was wrong because it was doing about 45 mph in first gear and the drivers head was bobbing up and down.

The truck pulled into Last Chance Enlightenment, got about 20 feet past the gate, and stalled. One of the occupants of the clown house ran out to help his obviously altered friend.

We called the CHP. However, since the Riverside County Sheriff's Department had a deputy sitting in his car just 3 blocks away (they do this for 15 hours a day) RCSD got on scene first.

Sgt. Anderson, Sgt. Cashmore, Deputy Green and another unidentified deputy talked to this character for about 15 minutes. One of the over weight parole agents got into the action too.

Seriously, don't they have some minimum fitness requirements for parole agents? This guy could not chase down Jabba the Hut and he is who they have 'protecting' us from David Allyn Dokich? Please, we deserve better for $56 an hour.

So what happened to this character who was tweaking so bad from amphetamines that he looked like he was getting zapped with electricity?

Absolutely nothing!

Thats right, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, in their infinite wisdom, let this character go on his way up to the house full of molesters, rapists and druggies.

Remember, I had a gun shoved in my face, I was handcuffed and I was tossed into the back of a Riverside County Sheriff's Deparment vehicle for standing in a field. But they let this guy go. Unbelievable.

Tweakers disabled truck

Lots of Sheriff Deputies but nothing gets done

Apparently the Riverside County Sheriff's Department does not enforce California vehicle codes 23152a (Driving Under Influence of Alcohol or Drugs) or 40300.5(c)(Arrest Without Warrant) if you are visiting the home of convicted rapists, molesters and other parolees.

As the RCSD vehicles were leaving, 3 CHP vehicles arrived. They had been working an accident miles away so it took them about 20 minutes to get on scene. Not bad considering the distance they had to travel.

Some real law enforcement for a change

We told them what had happened. The truck was still disabled in the driveway but the driver had walked up to the clown house.

Could the CHP do something with this creep? Nope.

"The Sheriff's Department blew it" they told us.

Once the RCSD let the guy go and enter the house, there is nothing the CHP could do.

About this time 2 of our junior members of the Mead Valley Pervert Patrol, we will call them Butch and Sundance, rode up on their trusty steeds and told us they saw the guy walking a block away. We asked them if they were sure it was him and they said yes because "he was walking real funny down the middle of the road". Apparently the driver went into the clown house, out the back and walked across the field out of our view.

Butch and Sundance on their trusty steeds, junior members of the Mead Valley Pervert Patrol

They CHP tore off after him. A few minutes later they brought him back and several protesters identified him as the driver.

Here is where it really gets good.

The CHP said the driver was a PAL. That means Parolee at Large. He was wanted for parole violations!

Not only was the driver clearly altered by some type of amphetamines he was also a wanted criminal!

How could the Riverside County Sheriff's Department talk to this creep for 15 minutes and not be able to determine he was altered and wanted for parole violations? And don't forget a parole agent was there too!

The CHP officers could not fathom why RCSD let this guy go and neither could we. Needless to say they did their job and took the creep and his truck away. Chalk up one for the good guys!

CHP officers Batton, Benter and Ray were fantastic! Quite different from what we normally see with the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. They were friendly and actually cared about what was going on.

Now ask yourself this:
  • Why is someone clearly altered by drugs being allowed to enter a half way house with other drug parolees?
  • How many other PAL's are ignored by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department?
  • What if this individual had made it home and gotten into another vehicle?
  • A driver stopped and said she almost hit him because he was 'wobbling' down the middle of a dark road.
  • What if he had attacked someone in his hyped up altered mental status?
Why kind of liability would the county be exposed to if any of the above occured after the Riverside County Sheriff's Department let this guy go?

We will be filing multiple complaints with the RCSD and we will take this to the highest levels in county. This clear dereliction of duty will not be allowed to stand!

This also illustrates that the neighborhood is not only afffected by the molesters, rapists and other parolees in the clown house but that their presence draws other creeps, low lifes and undesirables into the area.

See you tomorrow and keep protesting!

Day 44 - How much is it really costing to keep David Allyn Dokich in Mead Valley?

Its been over a month now so its time to do some simple math.

Our insider from the Parole division of the California Department of Corrections has told us that the 2 parole agents at Camp Pervert every night from 8 pm until 6 pm are senior level agents and thus at the top of the pay scale.

Since they are making over time each agent is make about $56 an hour.

$56 x 2 agents = $112 an hour
$112 x 10 hours = $1,120 a night
$1,120 x 30 days = $33,600 a month

$33,600 a month for 2 parole agents, but thats not all.

The Riverside County Sheriff's Department has assigned one deputy to the immediate area for 15 hours a day. We have been told a good rule of thumb is $25 per hour.

$25 x 15 hours = $375 a day
$375 x 30 days = $11,250 a month

$11,250 a month for a Riverside County Sheriff's Deputy.

$33,600 + $11,250 = $44,850 for 2 parole agents and a deputy, but thats not all.

Harriet Cooks, who runs Last Chance Enlightenment, also gets paid by the state so Dokich gets to live for free. A free home and free food, a sweet deal.

We have monthly statements for other clown houses that indicate a sum of $5009 is payed for each parolee each month. These appear to be for 'treatment' programs. Dokich does not seem to be in such a program, so we will use the $20 - $30 per day formula and split it down the middle.

$25 x 30 days = $750 per month.

Time for the grand total:

$33,600 per month for 2 part time parole agents
$11,250 per month for a part time sheriff's deputy
$750 per month for Harriet Cooks

Drum roll please.........

$45,600 per month!

$45,600 per month to keep a 2 time violent child molester in a community full of children. Fat and happy, no job, free housing, free food, free tv, everything is free for David Allyn Dokich now.

The senior parole agents don't want this to end. They get to pick their assignments, and this one is a gem. They simply show up, sit in their state paid cars, listen to the radio and make $56 an hour.

The Parole division does not want this to end. They fear that if they move David Allyn Dokich to a more appropriate location other communities will demand they do the same. They don't want to work any harder, its easy to dump child predators into neighborhoods. After all, you don't think they are putting the predators next to their own children, do you?

And finally it appears Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger simple does not care. Its really puzzling. While he may not care about our children getting attacked, you would think $45,000 a month for a convict would get his attention.

Sadly, it appears that the only thing that really gets attention is a new victim.

Day 43 - Recap, lots of fun today

We had a decent crowd, around 20 tonight.

It was about 7 pm when a group of us went up to our property next to the child molester infested clown house. We did the usual, shouted insults and made lots of noise. One of the perverts was in the window watching us and another came out to the back of the house and cursed at us.

Look at the pervert in the window

Around 7:30 pm we headed back to the road. Before we even got all the way back a Riverside County Sheriff's car pulled up in front of the clown house and a helicopter appeared.

A nice deputy for a change

It gets 500 ph. Thats $500 per hour.

The deputy walked across the street to talk to us. We asked him why he was here and he said they got a call that we were throwing rocks at the house. I can tell you thats not true, I was up there.

Lirra and I informed the deputy we have permission to be on that property and offered to show him the area. We drove up and he followed. We walked around and showed him the property lines and where we were.

About this time a few of the perverts came out of the back of the clown house along with Corissa Cooks. Corissa is the daughter of Harriet Cooks who runs Last Chance Enlightenment. They were all shouting that we were in trouble because they saw us. O.K., whatever you perverts say.

The deputy did not seem to believe them, after all it is a house full of convicts. I told him that they had been taking pictures of the teenage girls for the past 2 days and if we were throwing rocks as they said then they would have some pictures to prove it. Of course they did not. We then walked back to our vehicles.

I have to compliment this deputy. He was fantastic. When he first got out of his vehicle the protesters were not very friendly towards him due to our past treatment from the Riverside Sheriff's Department.

This deputy, I believe his name is Monovich (hope I got that right), was really friendly. As Lirra and I spoke with him alone he took the time to explain why they respond when the perverts call. Basically, if they don't, the county could get into some messy legal issues. It makes sense, we understand and we appreciated him taking the time to explain it to us. Before he left he actually offered his hand to us! We were stunned, we are used to guns and handcuffs, not friendly handshakes. Deputy Monovich is a genuine credit to the department.

While all this was going on 2 gentlemen from Corona showed up. One was Jeff Miller, Corona City Councilman and the other was Phil Breitenbucher of the Riverside County Young Republicans.

They brought crates of bottled water and some donuts. Its always good when the officials bring us treats! Thanks guys.

They stayed for a couple of hours and were really great. We stepped away from the noisy protesting next to the road and spoke for about an hour. They were really interested in the fact that we have been out there for 43 days straight. They complimented us on all we were doing.

We spoke about Jeff Miller's ballot messure. I suggested that since Jeff Stone has been working on an ordinance for Riverside County and Assemblyman Benoit has also been helpful that they all sit down and work together on this issue.

I also suggested we look at what Florida has done since the Jessica Lunsford tragedy and that we keep an eye on whats happening in NY. NY is being sued by a group of child molesters because they have quarter mile law much like California does.

We all need to work together on a ballot messure that is air tight and will not get tossed out by the courts. They agreed and said they were more than willing to sit down with all the interested officials and work this out.

I had to say goodbye quickly because a call came down from the women protesting up next to the clown house. One of the perverts was giving them a hard time. Myself and another guy ran up there. Of course once we appeared the pervert went back into the house.

Thats about it, another fun day of protesting, perverts, helicopters and sheriff deputies.

We really appreciate Jeff Miller and Phil Breitenbucher coming out to the protest.

See you all tomorrow and keep protesting!

Tomorrow we may have a 2 stroke suprise for the perverts!

Day 43 - CA man may have molested thousands of children

SAN JOSE, Calif. - A convicted child molester jailed in California may have committed sex crimes against thousands of victims, police said Thursday after finding computers, notebooks and meticulous, handwritten lists of boys' names and apparent codes for various sex acts.

San Jose Police Lt. Scott Cornfield described 63-year-old Dean Arthur Schwartzmiller as "one of the most active child molesters we've ever seen."

During a search of his bedroom in San Jose, police discovered binders full of child porn and numerous logs with lists of more than 36,000 children's names — mostly boys — and codes that appear to indicate how he abused them.

Day 43 - Call Rod Hickman on his cell phone

Rod Hickman is the Secretary of the California Department of Corrections.

Rod Hickman could have David Allyn Dokich moved away from children at the snap of his fingers.

Ask Rod Hickman why he is spending $45,000 a month on 1 convict.

Thats Rod's cell phone. His recording says he does not use it but the voice mail is never full. So leave him a message, I'm sure he will be happy to hear from you.

Call Governor Schwarzenegger too and ask him why he is spending $45,000 a month on 1 convict while he is running around crying about the budget:

(951) 680-6860 - Riverside

Day 43 - David Allyn Dokich had a favorite song in prison

It goes something like this:

Tell your children not to walk my way
Tell your children not to hear my words
What they mean
What they say

Can you keep them from me for life
Can you hide them from my waiting world
Oh mother

Gonna take you daughter out tonight
Gonna show her my world
Oh father

Not about to see your light
But if you wanna find hell with me
I can show you what it's like
Till you're bleeding

Not about to see your light
And if you wanna find hell with me
I can show you what it's like
'cause I'm going to steal her life

Tell your children not to hold my hand
Tell your children that I'm very bad
Oh mother

Do you wanna bang heads with me
Do you wanna feel everything
Just like your daughter felt my sting
Oh father

Not about to see your light
And if you wanna find hell with me
I can show you what it's like
Till you're bleeding

Not about to see your light
And if you wanna find hell with me
I can show you what it's

Not about to see your light
But if you wanna find hell with me
I can show you what it's like
Till you're bleeding

Not about to see your light
And if you wanna find hell with me
I can show you what it's like

Keep your kids safe.

Day 42 - Recap, Camp Pervert got mad at us

One of the protesters took his vehicle up to our properties next to the clown house and had some fun, slowly driving back and forth while blasting that famously annoying Honda horn.

He did see David Allyn Dokich in back of the clown house. When the protester yelled his name Dokich ducked back inside.

Later another resident of Last Chance Enlightenment came out and started taking pictures. Hey pervert, e-mail those to me so I can post them.

With our new street lamps the traffic now slows down at night so see whats going on, some even stopping to talk and give support.

We had about 20 protesters last night. It always fun when the perverts come out acting all irate and frustrated. They don't like it when we sing their song, especially when we use the bullhorns:

"Hey hey, you ho, you and the perverts have got to go".

The 'you ho' is for Harriet Cooks who runs the clown house.

See you tomorrow and keep protesting!

Day 42 - Article: Should offenders be let out at all?

Recidivism numbers -- and putting ex-cons in neighborhoods -- raise alarm.

Since they learned last month that convicted rapist David Allyn Dokich was being released in their midst, Mead Valley residents have been asking one question: Why here?

As they've responded in neighborhoods nationwide, authorities answer with their own question: If not here, then where? Few people want sex offenders living next door, officials say, and they have to go somewhere.

But in communities across the country, a chorus of officials and laypeople ask a different question -- not where, but if the most dangerous of sex offenders should be released from prison or treatment facilities.

With wildly varying reports on sex offender recidivism, little evidence that costly therapy works and a ceaseless stream of high-profile sex crimes in the national media, many are echoing the sentiments of Mead Valley resident Lirra Bishop. The 33-year-old lives next door to a group home at which Dokich -- a high-risk offender who served 17 years in state prison for the rape of a 16-year-old Lake Elsinore girl -- took up residence last month.

"People like him do not belong out in society," said Bishop, who has protested alongside her angry neighbors. "They are menaces."

Day 41 - Recap, its like the game of Risk

As in the game, we acquired more territory next to the clown house today. 2 protesters made the trip to get the owners signature. He was only too happy to help. Eventually we will have Camp Pervert surrounded and then we will order the perverts to come out with their pants up!

We had about 15 protesters tonight. We all made the trip up to the new property which is adjacent to the far northeast corner of the property of Last Chance Enlightenment.

The parole agents did not appear very thrilled at our arrival. They shined their flashlights on us several times. Of course our light is bigger and we lit them up in short order, he he.

After we returned to our now brightly lit road in front of the clown house we could seee the parole agents searching the hill behind Camp Pervert for us. They are getting a bit paranoid. We had a good laugh about it.

A little bird brought me an envelope today. Whats in it you ask? Just the monthly operating expenses for several clown houses in southern california. I will break it down and get it posted asap.

Take care all, keep your kids safe, see you tomorrow and keep protesting!

Day 41 - We have lights!

2 new street lamps were installed on the road in front of Camp pervert yesterday.

No more protesting in the dark, these babies are bright!

Plus each one just happens to be directly over the 2 largest signs we have up. Traffic at night can read the giant signs now.

Someone at the Board of Supervisors came through for us, I will find out who so we can thank them.

Monday, June 13, 2005

Day 40 - 40 days and 40 nights

The Parole division said they were going to "hunker down and wait them out".

Well guess what, we are still here.

Still here, doing the job Governor Schwarzenegger and Rod Hickman refuse to do, protecting children from violent 2 time child rapist David Allyn Dokich. Dokich said he would kill his next victim and we are not going to let that happen!

Arnold does not care about your children getting raped or things of that nature

Governor Schwarzenegger:

(916) 445-2841 - Sacramento
(951) 680-6860 - Riverside

Director of the California Department of Corrections Jeanne Woodford - 916-445-7682

Secretary of the California Department of Corrections Rod Hickman - 916-323-6001

Deputy Director of Paroles Mr. Jim L'Etoile - 916-327-0693

Regional Chief Deputy of Field Operations Alfred Martinez - 909-468-2301 x2322

Regional Administrator Mr. Jeff Fagott- 909-468-2301 x2324

Call them all, then call them again, every day until David Allyn Dokich is out of here and away from children.

Day 39 - Recap

Small crowd at first, only 4 of us, but it grew to about 15.

Not much happened, for a change.

We wrapped it up at 9 pm, it is Sunday after all and I had game 2 on tape to watch.

We may have a very special guest this week, stay tuned.

See you tomorrow and keep protesting.

Day 39 - Warrick County Sheriff gets it

Measure would keep sex predators 2.5 miles from schools, parks

A group has filed papers with the state attorney general's office seeking to circulate a statewide initiative that would bar paroled rapists and child molesters from stepping within 2.5 miles of schools and parks.

The group, which includes Corona City Councilman Jeff Miller and Rick Gann, grandson of the late tax crusader Paul Gann, set the stage for placing a measure called the "Safe Schools and Parks Act of 2006" on the June 2006 primary ballot. Initiative papers were filed Tuesday.

If given the green light ---- typically in 45 to 60 days ---- petition circulators will fan out across the state later this summer to gather the required 373,816 valid signatures to qualify the measure, said Miller, honorary campaign chairman.

Day 39 - Safe Escape available on video tape

A few days back Chief of Staff Barry Nestande and Field Rep Jonathan Sassani from Assemblyman John Benoit's office stopped by and gave me a box of video tapes of the Safe Escape program.

Safe Escape shows children the warning signs to look for and techniques to use to get away from predators. Its a very good program and has been shown on local cable.

I have distributed the tapes at the protest and homes surrounding Camp Pervert. I still have some left. If you would like one please come by the protest and see me. I am there most days from 6 pm until 10 pm.

A big thanks goes to Assemblyman John Benoit for putting together this program for us.
