David Allyn Dokich - Serial Child Rapist / High Risk Sex Offender

Day 52 - Recap

Today a neighbor was having a party near the clown house so we did not protest. Unlike Harriet Cooks, we are respectful of the wishes of the neighborhood.

I changed the commenting system today. A pervert was spamming us. He seems to think that sex between a 32 year old and a 13 year old is perfectly acceptable. Well its not, pervert.

The new commenting system has a few more features and gives us better control over the spammers. The old comments are still here but I have them hidden.

Keep your kids safe, keep protesting and we will see you tomorrow.

Day 51 - Recap

Sadly I have to start this recap off by offering all of our thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of Los Angeles Sheriff's Deputy Jerry Ortiz.

Deputy Ortiz was murdered today by a coward who will forever rot in hell.

Today was full of all sorts of news.

Riverside County Deputy District Attorney Linda Dunn has been fighting all week in court to keep serial rapist James Howard Dixon Jr. off the streets.

Riverside County Assistant District Attorney Rod Pacheco was on KFI speaking about the various clown houses in the area. One of the residents of these half way houses for parolees in Riverside was indicted today for the murder of Estela Perez and her unborn daughter, Michelle.

I will write more about each of these stories in a later post, but let me just say that both Rod Pacheco and Linda Dunn do an incredible job fighting to keep us safe from the predators.

Protester Shellee did the Home Depot thing and made us some stands for our new signs. Thanks Shellee!

Finally, after 51 days, we may be starting to see some movement from Arnold's camp regarding the placement of these predators in our neighborhoods. Stay tuned.

We had about 15 protesters tonight. All was quiet.

The only thing keeping David Allyn Dokich off the streets and away from children is your continued protesting. Not parole, not the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, but you.

Keep your kids safe and keep protesting, you are making a difference.

Day 51 - Meet your new neighbor, Vanessa Teicher

Vanessa Teicher

Theres nothing quite like waking up in the morning only to find out the State of California has crammed another child molesting pervert into a clown house. Its not exactly a warm and fuzzy feeling now is it, more like a nauseating one.

Vanessa Teicher looks harmless enough (although that adams apple is giving some of us the willies), but looks can be deceiving.

According to the Megan's Law website Venessa committed the following offense:

Offense Code

Description
288(a) LEWD OR LASCIVIOUS ACTS WITH CHILD UNDER 14 YEARS

But thats not all. According to court records Vanessa plead guilty to the following:

Certified Charges
Count Charge Severity Description Violation Date Plea
1 PC 288(A) F Lewd Act w/child under 14 yrs old 10/01/2002 GUILTY
2 PC 288(A) F Lewd Act w/child under 14 yrs old 10/01/2002

9 PC 288.2 F EXHIBIT HARMFUL MATTER/MINOR 10/01/2002

We can all take great comfort in knowing that someone can molest and have intercourse with a child and they are back out on the streets after only 3 years. Hey, I feel better already, don't you?

But wait, there's more:

Certified Charges

Its another wonderful day in Molestation Valley.

Day 50 - Recap, we got new signs and a new pervert

A couple of fantastic new signs were donated to us, check out the pic below.

We have 2 of these and they are quite the attention grabbers on the side of the road, practically every vehicle slows to read them.

A big thanks goes out to those who donated them! I need to check and make sure I can credit them, I don't want to get them in any hot water.

We called the governors office multiple times today, 50 days laters and he still does not have an opinion on this vital issue of public safety.

Another child molesting pervert moved into Last Chance Enlightenment today. Her name is Vanessa Teicher.

More on Vanessa in a future post. Does her adams apples look big to you? Whats up with that?

By our count that makes 7 parolees in the one clown house:

  • David Allyn Dokich - child rapist
  • Patricia Hardeman - molester
  • Michael Rock - molester
  • Vanessa Teicher - molester
  • Tall guy - parolee
  • Short guy - parolee
  • Big guy - parolee
We will have to find out how this affects the "6 and under" rule regarding not having a license.

We had about 20 protesters tonight.

As most days we had a sheriff's deputy parked right down the road. They are usually there or right around the corner, watching us evil protesters trying to protect children from a violent serial child rapist.

Do you hear that sound? Thats your tax dollars swirling down the toilet because the Riverside County Sheriff's Department believes that a house full of child rapists, molesters and other parolees deserve to have their own private police force at their beck and call.

See you tomorrow, keep your kids safe and keep protesting!

Day 49 - Recap

There was a protest today in front of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's Riverside office by members of the Corona, Phelan and Mead Valley communities. They were upset at the lack of action by the Governor regarding the release of sexual predators such as David Allyn Dokich into their neighborhoods.

Deputy Director Larry Grable spoke with the protesters and told them they should be protesting the CDC and Parole Division.

Perhaps Larry is not aware that California Youth and Adult Correctional Agency Secretary Rod Hickman, who was appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger, could have Dokich removed from the community with a snap of his fingers.

And Larry must not be aware that after 49 days of continous phone calls to the governors office we are told he still does not have a position on the issue. Thats the oldest duck in politics. Throw us a bone Arnold, say something about this critical issue of public safety.

At one point a protester asked Director Grable how he would feel if one of these offenders was placed near his home.

Grable replied that its his personal opinion that "everyone should be given a second chance".

Here is a news flash for you Mr. Grable. David Allyn Dokich raped a 15 year old girl and was put on parole after serving only 2 years in prison. He was given a second chance.

What did David Dokich do with that second chance? He kidnapped and raped a 16 year old girl!

How many chances do you feel a serial rapist should get Mr. Grable?

I called Larry Grable and asked him about his comment. He said thats not what he said, he said "the system is set up to give criminals a second chance".

Interesting. I confirmed the first comment with 2 different protesters via phone. Now Mr. Grable is saying something different. You be the judge.

Lirra, Shelley and I attended the Mead Valley Municipal Advisory Council meeting today. We each spoke of David Allyn Dokich and how the state is using our area as a dump off station for sexually violent predators.

Sherri Van Dorn, district director for Senator Jim Battin, also attended. She spoke of all of the efforts of Senator Battin regarding public safety and protecting our children from these predators.

Senator Battin is one of the good guys fighting for us, but frankly its hard to get anything past the Public Safety Committee (now there's a misnomer) when its run by the Evil Trio of Mark Leno, Mervyn Dymally and Jackie Goldberg. They have a well documented history of siding against your children, against public safety and for the molesters and rapists.

We arrived late to the protest because of the MAC meeting. We were pleasantly suprised to find about 30 protesters holding down the fort for us. Way to go everyone!

See you tomorrow and keep protesting!

Day 49 - This is what its all about

Take a good look.

Thats why we are here.

Thats why we will not leave until the community is safe again.

Nothing will stop us, not the Parole Division of the California Department of Corrections nor the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

While some may not care,

and others do not dare,

we protest for whats right and fair.

So we will not go quietly into the night,

we will not vanish without a fight,

we will continue to protect the children,

with all of our might.

Article: Tougher sex-crime laws sought

Victims of violent sex crimes and two Riverside County supervisors may be heading to Sacramento to urge lawmakers to toughen penalties for sex offenders.

The supervisors Tuesday unanimously agreed to take their case to the capitol after a majority of supervisors shot down Supervisor Jeff Stone's proposal to censure Democrats on legislative public safety committees.

Stone urged his colleagues to support his no-confidence censure, saying a strong message from the board would "raise a few hairs in Sacramento."

Day 48 - Recap

Bob Banfield and Channel 7 did a story on Dokich from in front of the clown house today. The GPS story ran in a couple of papers and seemed to generate some interest.

Eyewitness News Van

We had around 30 protesters tonight. Some are back from vacation but others are leaving soon.

A parole agent we have not seen before walked down to the gate with the female agent who let parolee at large Kirk Daniel Fletcher go Friday night. The new guy started taking our pictures. He seems to have a fetish for protesters with signs.

Linda Soubirous, past candidate for the Board of Supervisors, stopped by for a few hours. She spoke with us about the issue and really praised us for our efforts. Thank you Linda.

Linda Soubirous

A Riverside County Sheriff's Deputy arrived shortly after 8 pm and simply parked on the side of the road and watched us. They just have to keep a close watch on all of us evil protesters trying to protect the children of the community.

See you tomorrow and keep protesting!

Message for Rod Hickman

Article: GPS to monitor parolee (Dokich)

Satellite tracking devices used by the military to monitor troops and by automakers to find lost motorists are gaining popularity across the country as a way to keep tabs on sex offenders and other criminals.

Florida, Massachusetts and Tennessee are among the states using the Global Positioning System to help monitor the movements of rapists, child molesters and other offenders. The California Department of Corrections recently announced plans for a pilot program that will lock GPS ankle bracelets on 180 high-risk sex offenders in Southern California.

David Allyn Dokich, whose parole to a Mead Valley group home spurred daily protests, is set to get one this week. The two-time rapist will be one of the first offenders in the state to receive a bracelet, officials have said, acknowledging that the public outcry made him a priority.

Article: GPS to Keep Tabs on Sex Offender (Dokich)

Registered sex offender David Allyn Dokich, the target of an ongoing community protest in Mead Valley, this week will become the second man in California required to wear a GPS tracking device as a condition of his parole, state authorities said Monday.

Dokich will be one of 500 high-risk parolees who by the end of the year will be monitored with a global positioning system device, part of a state pilot program being implemented this month, state corrections officials said. The first to put on the device is a parolee in San Diego who began wearing it Friday.

Dokich, 52, was convicted of raping a 15-year-old girl in his Dana Point apartment in 1982, and of the kidnapping and rape of a 16-year-old girl while on parole in Riverside County three years later.

Day 48 - Another update on the 'tweaker' the Sheriff's let go

The info just keep rolling in on the bad guy the Riverside County Sheriff's Department let go. Thankfully the CHP was able to apprehend him.

To refresh your memory, the 'tweaker' was arrested by the CHP and he was charged with:
  • DUI
  • Being under the influence of a controlled substance
  • Driving on a suspended drivers license
  • Not having vehicle insurance
In addition he was determined to be a Parolee at Large (meaning he failed to meet with his parole agent when required). A 'parole hold' was placed on him at the jail to keep him from walking on his own recognizance.

Now we know his name is Kirk Daniel Fletcher and he was born in 1971. Kirk started serving time in 1985 when he was just 14 years old.

Kirk Daniel Fletcher

Kirk Fletcher recently spent time in Lancaster State Prison (level 4, the highest security) and was released on parole on 4/20/05 to Region 4, Office #2 of the parole department. Yep, the very same parole office that babysits Dokich was supposed to keep track of Kirk.

Kirk Daniel Fletcher is also what they call a EOP. That means Enhanced Out Patient. In other words, he is a bit nutty in the head.

Kirk has been in and out of trouble and prison for the past 20 years, just take a look at part of his record:

Let's summarize:
  • Arrests for guns, burglary, shop lifting, stolen vehicles and multiple instances where he was in possession or under the influence of controlled substances
  • He was clearly under the influence
  • He did not possess a valid CDL
  • He was let out of state prison just 2 months prior
  • He was a parolee at large
  • The Riverside County Sheriff's Department let him walk away
  • The parole agent let him walk away
What's wrong with this picture folks? Is the Riverside County Sheriff's Department that incompetent? What about the parole agent?

Perhaps it is not incompetence. Perhaps its the Riverside County Sheriff's Department working in concert with parole to keep David Allyn Dokich in Mead Valley.

You be the judge.

Day 47 - Recap, Dokich was taken away

It was another fun filled night of protesting, we had about 20 people show up plus some county officials too.

Around 6 pm a parole vehicle with 2 agents and David Allyn Dokich left Last Chance Enlightenment. This is the week Dokich is supposed to get a GPS system strapped to him. Perhaps that is where they were taking the 2 time child rapist, to get him 'LoJacked'.

At exactly 7:41 pm a blue mini-van approached the entrance to the clown house. An elderly woman was driving and a not so friendly guy was in back.

Potty mouth

Of course we were screaming at them, we do that to everyone who enters the clown house. If they don't like it, too bad, stop visiting a house full of child rapists, molesters and parolees.

The guy in the back hopped out of the right side of the van. He started yelling back. We like that, its always fun to get a rise out of the perverts and their friends.

The mad guy got nosed to nose with one of the protesters, George. A word to the wise, George may have been half his size but there is no way the guy could out shout George.

I put my camera away at that point because I thought this guy was going to hit George and I had to get ready to scrap with him. Well that did not happen.

The van pulled through the gate. As it passed George the old lady yelled "Son 'ineligible' F-Word 'ineligible'".

Hey lady, maybe if you did not have such a potty mouth your son would not have grown up to be a parolee and you would not have to shuttle him around to see his parolee friends.

George threw his sign at the van as it drove by and missed. Keep in mind its a paper sign and George threw it left handed because he just got the cast off his right arm and its still sore. You ever see a 5 year old girl try to throw a ball? Thats what George looked like throwing the sign left handed, it missed everything and hit the dirt.

14 minute response time

Remember, the van arrived at 7:41 pm. How long do you think it took for the Riverside County Sheriff's Department to arrive?

14 minutes.

The first Sheriff (in a Perris PD car) arrived at 7:55 pm and was quickly joined by 2 others.

In this area of the county we have a deputy to resident ratio of .24 per 1,000. Thats 1 deputy per 4,000 residents. Thats why most of us have to wait and wait and wait some more when we call the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

But the perverts get much better service than the rest of us. Go figure.

About this time Robert Caliva from Supervisor Bob Buster's office drove up and so did members of the new Mead Valley MAC (municipal advisory concil). More on them later in this article but they did get to see what goes on.

One of the deputies was Monovich. This is the second time we have dealt with him and again he was courteous and fair with us.

We asked him why they were here this time and he said the old lady called and said George hit her. Take a look at that old lady. Do you really think that if someone hit her she would be able to make a phone call? Obviously common sense is not a prerequisite for becoming a Riverside County Sheriff's Deputy.

While Monovich was speaking with us another deputy put George in the backseat of the car.

Frankly, I'm glad. I was growing weary of being the founder and only member of the Backseat Boys. Welcome to the club George!

Newest member of the Backseat Boys

They left George in the back seat for 10-15 minutes, took our statements and then let him go.

Its just the Riverside County Sheriff's Departments way of trying to tell us to stop protesting. Well guess what, its not going to happen, we are not going away!

We had a chance to speak with Robert Caliva from Supervisor Bob Buster's office. He informed us it was Supervisor Buster who was responsible for having the 2 street lamps installed. The transportation department said it would take about 4 months but Buster made some calls and got it done if 45 days. Fantastic, the lights really make it safer out there for all of us. Thank you Supervisor Buster.

The members of the Mead Valley MAC (municipal advisory concil) told us the first meeting is this Wednesday, June 22nd at 7 pm. Its being held at Thomas Rivera Middle School. We will be speaking about David Allyn Dokich and the other molesters being dumped into the area.

We never did see Dokich return and we called it a night at 11 pm.

See you tomorrow and keep protesting!

Article: State Assembly duly represents criminals

By TODD SPITZER

No greater misnomer exists in the state Legislature than the Assembly Public Safety Committee.

One might assume that the Public Safety Committee hears and passes legislation affecting public safety. Wrong. Instead, we kill bills that help public safety but pass bills that promote criminal rights.

We all know that Sacramento is infamous for a fiscal agenda that is so far out of touch with the average Californian it is almost laughable. But few hear of the liberal criminal-rights agenda that is more than laughable: It is downright dangerous.

Day 46 - Who is Sgt. Doug Cashmore?

If you recall on Friday the 17th (Day 44) there was an incident in which an individual who was clearly under the influence was questioned and then let go by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

This same individual was arrested a short time later by the CHP for DUI, being under the influence of a controlled substance, having a suspended drivers license and for not having insurance on his vehicle. He was also determined to be a Parolee at Large and had a parole hold placed on him at the county jail.

One of the 4 deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department that let this character go was Sgt. Doug Cashmore.

Why is this important?

Because Sgt. Doug Cashmore is currently listed at the Project Director for the County of Riversides 'AVOID the 30' program and has been for the past several years.

Whats that you ask? Read the mission statement:

Mission Statement

The mission of Avoid The 30 is to draw upon the talents of law enforcement agencies across Riverside County, media advocacy, and community coalitions towards the common goal of reducing the number of people driving vehicles under the influence of alcohol, other drugs, or drowsy. We will do this by educating the public on the dangers of drinking and driving, driving under the influence of other drugs, and drowsy, encouraging people to use designated drivers, conduct active enforcement campaigns county wide, and follow through to ensure prosecution of offenders. We do this to make the roadways in Riverside County safer for our loved ones and everyone else who drives a vehicle responsibly.

Link

Yep, stop rubbing your eyes, you read it correctly. Sgt. Doug Cashmore is the head honcho of the county's program to reduce the number of people driving under the influence!

Click here to read his welcome message.

Yet for some unknown reason Sgt. Doug Cashmore saw fit to let this clearly under the influence individual walk away and place members of the public in danger. Its just another instance where the perverts and their friends get preferential treatment from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

This has been another Mead Valley Pervert Patrol investigative report.

Day 46 - Update on the 'tweaker'

Yesterday I received some information detailing why the 'tweaker' was arrested by the CHP and what he was charged for:

  • DUI
  • Being under the influence of a controlled substance
  • Driving on a suspended drivers license
  • Not have vehicle insurance
In addition he was determined to be a Parolee at Large (meaning he failed to meet with his parole agent when required). A 'parole hold' was placed on him at the jail to keep him from walking on his own recognizance.
