Day 66 - Recap, we hear moaning people

Tonight was almost dull in comparison to the excitement of last night.

In addition to the regular 2 parole agents another one arrived in a black Crown Victoria. Probably some sort of supervisor.

We watched as they brought paroless out of the sex offender clown house one by one. It was hard to tell from the road what they were doing but something unusual was happening.

It was about 9 pm when the Crown Vic came down the driveway. A couple of protesters asked the driver what was happening. He said they were taking some one out but "not the one you want".

After seeing us he seemed to change his mind about leaving and headed back up to the halfway house. Shortly after that another parole agent arrived, followed by a Riverside County Sheriff's Deputy.

Around 11 pm an ambulance and fire engine arrived. We could hear someone moaning. They left after about 20 minutes.

We are not sure what happened. Maybe a parolee violated parole or maybe they were simply doing the pervert shuffle.

We also had a chance to speak with a local guy about getting the property next to Camp Pervert plowed so that we may get a bunch of vehicles up there. He said he would do if for free, just cover the cost of his gas. He said he could do it Sunday.

Thats all for now, see you tomorrow.

Day 65 - Recap, skidding tires, arrests....

Today's recap is late because frankly its a difficult one to write (plus I had a few other things going on). The reason being, several protesters could have been maimed or killed because of the juvenile action of one parole agent.

This is a long one, lots of details to cover.

Various regular protesters have different opinions on the parole agents. There are some that see them as the good guys. They are peace officers there to do their jobs, plain and simple. Others, while they know the PA's are the good guys, feel that if you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.

The parole division of the newly renamed California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation placed David Allyn Dokich here and they can move him. The parole agents are representatives of the department and the easiest ones to vent at since they are there 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. And then there is the whole issue of the amount of money the PA's are making each night to babysit David Allyn Dokich. Its not chump change.

The parole agents usually arrive right around 8 pm each night to start their 10 hour baby sitting duties. Typically you will see several protesters LEGALLY walking back and forth across the driveway. When vehicles approach the protesters move off to the side and most give them an earful. There have been times when I am on one side of a parole agents vehicle waving at them while other protesters are on the other side yelling at them. Thats quite common and frankly there is nothing wrong with it, people are entitled to verbally express their displeasure if they choose to do so.

It was just about 8 pm. Four women protesters were walking back and forth across the driveway. A parole agent vehicle had just come from the south and whipped into the driveway. They do this often; they see a gap, hit the gas and go for it. Its very dangerous but that does not seem to diswade them.

Shortly after that I saw a gold Ford Focus traveling south on Old Elsinore. I was standing along side the road directly across from the driveway of Last Chance. My eyes were on the gold Focus because parole agent Nollet drives a gold Focus. However, the sun was sitting and I could not see the driver in the darkened passenger compartment.

I followed the Focus with my vision, still trying to make out the driver. I watched as it made a left turn into the driveway doing at least 20 mph. As its front tires left the pavement and made contact with the dirt and gravel the driver slammed on the brakes and the Focus started sliding. Directly in its path was Molly.

Molly and 3 other women had been walking back and forth across the driveway. Molly was looking towards camp pervert, not the road and thus did not see the parole agents vehicle approaching. Her first awareness of the approaching danger was the sound of skidding tires.

Molly turned, bent and placed her hands toward the hood of the vehicle. It came to a stop with just a few inches to spare. Just a few inches separated a 3,000 pound vehicle and 4'11" Molly.

I'm standing across the street watching this and its just not registering in my head. This looks like the vehicle parole agent Nollet drives, but he would not do something like this. I have spoken with agent Nollet on several occasions, sometimes when he is entering the driveway, other times at the property line and even on the telephone. He has always seemed like a reasonable fellow. Looks like I was wrong in that assessment.

Molly is not a big fan of the parole agents. She gives them an earful at every opportunity. Her favorite slogan is 'tax dollar whores'. She may be onto something when you consider they make about $550 a night, each, to babysit Dokich.

I heard Molly yell "Don't you dare". She was genuinely fearing for her life. She moved off to the side and the parole agent replied "Next time get the hell out of the way" and proceeded to drive up to the halfway home. Nice.

On multiple occasions other people entering and exiting Camp Pervert have pulled this stunt on us. Not really trying to hit us with their vehicles but seeing how close they can get in an attempt to scare us. We have filed multiple police reports but nothing has ever come of it. However, I never imagined I would see this type of wreckless behaviour from a sworn peace officer.

It took a few seconds for my brain to kick into gear, this really just happened. Molly was way ahead of me. Before I knew it she was in her SUV heading south on Old Elsinore. She made a u-turn and headed back north.

At this point I thought she was going to drive up to the house, she was that pissed. I ran over and stood in the driveway. Nope, she went right past me and headed up to the property beside the sex offender clown house.

I double timed it on foot, thinking she was going to plow through the newly erected, tax payer funded rent-a-fence. Thankfully that did not happen. She parked and started with the verbal barrage. Now Molly may be under 5' but she has the voice of a giant. Even from the road I could clearly hear her yelling. She dared the parole agent to try that when her husband was there because if he did he would get his ass kicked. 'Ass kicked' may not be an accurate prediction, I'm going with broken in half, her husband is one big dude.

Of course that won't happen. Threating a woman with a vehicle is one thing, doing it when she is with her husband is an entirely different matter and actually requires courage. It would also require a fair amount of stupidity when you consider the shear size of her husband. Did I mention he was a big guy?

It took me a couple of minutes to get up there and as I arrived Molly was in her SUV heading back down to the road. I stayed for a few minutes and headed back down.

Two Riverside County Sheriff Deputies arrived. Our hopes sunk when we realized they were Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dumb. These are the same two deputies that did what amounted to nothing when a lone protester with his arm in a sling was chased and threatened with murder by 2 people from the clown house. Its odd, we shout "get him out" and we get helicopters, guns and handcuffs. They threaten murder and nothing happens. Welcome to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dumb. I'm not sure which is which.

Deputies Dee and Dumb were trying to convince Molly to do nothing. At one point one of them stated "well we did not see it happen". Is that the new standard for Riverside law enforcement? The deputy has to see a crime committed for them to act on it? Well that would certainly help alleviate any prison over crowding issues.

Molly was having none of it. She wanted to perform a citizens arrest on parole agent Nollet. Fortunately Sgt. Brown arrived. This is not Brown-nose, this is another Brown, the good Brown, the Brown that actually waves at us. We all like Sgt. Brown, we need more deputies like him.

It was agreed that Molly could perform a citizens arrest. Parole agent Nollet was walked down to the road. Molly placed him under citizens arrest for assault with a deadly weapon.

Parole agent Nollet retaliated by placing Molly under citizens arrest for penal code 148.

California penal code 148. (a) (1) Every person who willfully resists, delays, or obstructs any public officer, peace officer, or an emergency medical technician, as defined in Division 2.5 (commencing with Section 1797) of the Health and Safety Code, in the discharge or attempt to discharge any duty of his or her office or employment, when no other punishment is prescribed, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in a county jail not to exceed one year, or by both that fine and imprisonment.

So Molly, by LEGALLY walking across a driveway, was some how interfering with agent Nollet?

What about the other 3 women walking across the driveway?

What about anyone in a crosswalk that delayed agent Nollet?

What about the car that was not quite driving the speed limit that agent Nollet was stuck behind?

Did agent Nollet get stuck in traffic because of an accident? If so, shouldn't the driver at fault be arrested for PC 148?

Yes, its ridiculous.

Agent Nollet did something incredibly stupid tonight. Molly could have been killed by his willful disregard for a pedestrians safety.

A little boy could have lost a mother, a husband could have lost a wife, and we all could have lost a wonderful woman doing her best to protect the community.

Day 65 - Lets crunch some numbers

In case you have not noticed, we now display the number of registered sex offenders, child molesters and rapists per county near the top of the page. These numbers come from the Megan's Law web site.

We can use those numbers and the population for each county to determine the number of registered sex offenders, child molesters and rapists per 1,000 residents. Here goes:

Orange .6
San Diego .97
Los Angeles 1.2
Riverside 1.3
San Bernardino 1.5

Orange County has the lowest ratio of .6 while San Bernadino is 2.5 times higher at 1.5 offenders per 1,000 residents.

LA County has twice the ratio of Orange County. Hint: Move to Orange County.

Now lets do our favorite city comparison, Beverly Hills vs Perris (includes Mead Valley):

Beverly Hills: .1
Perris: 5.7 (thats not a typo!)

Perris has 5.7 sex offenders per 1,000 residents. Thats insane folks.

Perris has 57 times the ratio of offenders per resident as Beverly Hills. 57 times!

State law says that offenders must be released to the county they were convicted in. Riverside County has a ratio of 1.3. But Perris has a ratio of 5.7. That's 4.4 times the ratio of offenders per resident the county has.

Hitler Was Human, What He Did Was Not.
12:46 AM

When I was in prison I'd lived in "all black" cells--20 by 20 foot cells with 8 bunks. There were four "gang bangers" in that cell and listening to them talk about drive-by shootings as if I wasn't even there was enlightening. The peek into their street culture allowed me to see how they could do such "evil" things even though they perceived themselves as basically good and worthwhile people. It's called dehumanizing the victim (or disassociating from reality). The shocking part is that we call it anti-social behavior when inner-city black men do it so they can commit crimes, but we call it normal adaptive behavior when "law abiding citizens" dehumanize criminals, terrorist, or sex offenders (and in history, slaves, Jews, and gypsies). But it is all the same psychological trick.

I think if there was one thing I could fix about mans nature it would be this ability to see other men as not worthy of ones empathy, for any reason. I have often claimed that if I ever had to hurt someone to protect my life, or a loved ones life, I would do it with empathy for that person. I doubt if I would ever have to, but if I did I can only hope I would do it with compasion. When I lived in Seattle someone stoll my bicycle that I used to get to work. The only feeling I had toward the theif (who was never caught) was sorrow. Just imagine what kind of state of mind it takes to be able to take something from another person and not feel bad about it. That is a sad state of mind and one I would not wish on anyone.

All people are human, it is one of the most important lessons that Christ tried to teach us. Hitler had a heart and human feelings. It saddens me when I here Christians and Christian Leaders, even the leader of our country, declaring another person or people are evil and should be destroyed in Gods name. But, our government, just like all governments, today and throughout history, needs a nemesis to justify its need for power. One thing I learned very well in prison is that the best and only real protection a person has is their self, their friends, and their family.

1:25 AM

I have always been a very sensitive person; I suppose that is why I have an especially hard time with people thinking I would intentionally hurt another person. It's not that it bothers me because I know I wouldn't. It bothers me to know that they think I would. In fact; it hurts. But, I have learned to deal with my sensitive feelings by trusting that no matter how hurt I feel, it is okay because God has everything under control and feeling hurt is just a part of his plan, and so I try to embrace the pain, and then let it go, I never hang onto it.

2:51 PM

After taking a look at my last few posts to this blog I realized sadly that nobody is ever going to read this crap. I feel so frustrated knowing that I can see solutions to many problems in our society where most people don't even see the problems (or at least not the real problems). And I'm sure the solutions are correct becuase they are typically coroborated by experts. And the expert are also frustrated because no-body will listen to them iether.

Society is so full of fear, it just can't see striaght, and it is our government that propogates the fear.

Day 64 - Recap

We took our protest to the corner of Cajalco and Clarke today. Cajalco is the main thoroughfare between the 15 and 215 freeways.

We started at 3 pm and the traffic was already backing up at the light. At times the traffic waiting to get through the intersection was at least a quarter mile long.

We had our 2 large 'Entering an Arnold-Approved Sex Offender Zone' signs out for all to see. Plus we had about 20 protesters lined beside the road, each with a sign.

The response was amazing. We quickly ran out of flyers.

We will have to do this again next week, with more protesters, more signs and more flyers.

Keep your family safe.

Day 64 - Local child molester Bruce Cook moves

Back on Friday, June 3rd (Day 30), the Pervert Patrol conducted a sting operation against child molester Bruce Robert Cook. We also distributed flyer's in the immediate area warning residents about him so that they may take precautions to keep their children safe.

According to the Megan's Law web site he has now moved.

His new address is:

19085 Day St.
Perris, CA 92570

Click here for a satellite pic showing how close the 2 schools are.

He is just 2 blocks from 2 schools. However, Bruce Robert Cook is no longer on probation so there are no limitations on where he may live.

Let's hope he is no longer inviting kids over to 'play'.

Day 63 - Recap

Well I missed my first day, had another urgent matter to attend to.

Protesters reported in, said a Riverside County Sheriff's Deputy made an appearance. They said he was actually nice and supportive of our protest. Stop rubbing your eyes, thats what they say happened.

Today the John and Ken Show had some screwball on who represents the new California Prisoners Union.

Yep, you read it right, the prisoners and parolees now have a union. David Allyn Dokich could join for just $5 a month.

Why would prisoners and parolees want a union?

So they can lobby officials and get laws changed to their favor. And if laws get changed to favor the prisoners and parolees you will be the ones who suffer the consequences.

Example: They just lobbied against making registered sex offenders get a new drivers license every year. This would help verify their current address. They don't like that. We just lost one folks, pay attention to who you vote for next time.

John got the guy to say he would like to kill someone if they molested his daughter, but he did not want to make them get a new license each year. The guy said the perverts should get therapy so they would not be attracted to children, but John got him to admin that no therapy would change his attraction for his wife.

Listening to John skillfully interview the screwball was blissful. I swear John must have been a prosecutor in another life. He has a real knack for leading the knuckleheads into a box where there is no escape.

Tomorrow we will be protesting at the corner of Cajalco and Clarke starting at 3 pm. Lots of signs for the afternoon traffic including our super deluxe 'Arnold Approved Sex Offender Zone' signs.

See you there.

Article - Why Do Serious Offenders Walk Among Us?

By Wayne LeCheminant
July 5, 2005

The appearance of Shasta Groene at an Idaho Denny’s while in the hands of her captor, Joseph Edward Duncan III, a convicted sex-offender, is both miraculous and heart-warming. However, this is but one happy note at the end of a tragic story--the little girl’s mother and 13 year-old brother were murdered and it seems likely that her 9 year old brother is also dead. One can only speculate as to the horror that she had to suffer through. The recent media coverage of repeat sex-offenders killing once being released from prison has caused a commotion of sorts, as well it should.

In Los Angeles, California, for example, there has been quite a bit of coverage over what one radio talk show called a “sex-offender clown house.” This is because up to 8 convicted sex-offenders were living in this house in the midst of a community while serving their parole.

The California legislature appears to be rather unresponsive to the requests of residents near half-way houses for sex-offenders to move the sex-offenders to a more remote area, away from children. The response seems to be something along the lines of this--these men have served their time in prison, now it is up to us a society to accept them back in. In fact, if we do not accept them back it, if we do not accommodate them, then we might cause them to commit more crimes.

It is a dubious line of reasoning to be sure, but it seems to be the one that is being offered to us because I have yet to hear a legislator stand-up and take a hard public stand on increasing penalties for sex-offenders.

Rantings of a Pervert #2

8:38 PM

I’ve researched a lot on the topic of sex offenders, why they do what they do, but more importantly what it is that they do. The problem with trying to treat a sex offender is very similar to trying to treat a drug addict. You can tell a drug addict how bad drugs are for them until you are blue in the face and even if the addict tries to believe what you tell them their will always be that little rational voice in the back of their head that says, “Ya, but nobody was really hurt" or "They're not really that bad."

Well, most of us know of course that that simply isn’t true, the drug user is just rationalizing their own behavior. So the mistake therapists commonly make is instead of digging into the source of that voice (which is in fact a rational voice—bear with me, I’ll explain) we instead berate the offender with how wrong and even monstrous their thinking is, without giving them credit for having an honest rational thought. That of course merely results in walls going up and progress, if any, being faked. This is how criminals are taught by the system to be manipulators (While anyone can tell you about the manipulative nature of criminals, what most people miss is that a person is rarely manipulative until after they have been through the system at least once).

Let me clear a few things up here before I go further: I am not a pedophile nor have I ever been accused of being one. Also, I was a child (age 16) when I committed my crime. And possibly most significant; because of my appearance and family circumstances I was molested so often and by so many different people that, up until the time of my offense, I actually thought it was normal and that everybody did it.

Society must learn to face the truth if it expects offenders to face the truth. We must face our own sickness before we can expect offenders to face theirs. We must learn to recognize and work within the social context of crime.

If we took just a fraction of the money we spend on criminal justice and used it instead to study ways to stop supporting criminal behavior we could bring crime to a virtual stand still. This has been shown in numerous studies. But it would also undermine the foundation of the entire Prison Industrial Complex. Billions of dollars would be lost by those in control, and redirected to various less influential organizations, like medical research, national health care, advanced education, and energy alternatives. Okay, maybe I am just dreaming.

7:30 AM

I do want to say something about yesterday spiel though.

I wrote a lot of gibberish about adult-child sex, but I just want to clarify that I am very opinionated about almost all crimes, not just that one, having literally grown up in prison. I went to adult jail when I was 17 (having spent the first few months of my incarceration at a juvenile facility in Tacoma Washington), and did not get out until I was 38, just a few years ago. I think most crime in American is completely preventable, but after doing much reading and personal research I have discovered first hand the meaning behind the term “Prison Industrial Complex.”

There have been many books written on this topic that are based on solid research so I won’t go into it here, but in case this is a new term for you let me summarize for you: Our corrections system is more interested in reaping the benefits of “criminal justice” than stopping crime.

Crime really does pay, just not the ones who commit it. That’s why I say, “Criminals are victims too!” This sort of ties into what I wrote the other day suggesting that maybe society itself has some kind of intelligence beyond our own. I don’t think any corrections person thinks, “Let’s see how many crimes we can make happen today.” But, the System for which that person works does depend on crime to survive. So it finds ways, beyond the individuals’ intent, to survive, by encouraging more crime.

Don’t believe me; read what the experts have written about this phenomena. The reason why you don't here about this phenomena on the 5 o'clock news is that it is way to complex for the general public. That’s why nothing ever gets done about it. I hope maybe by using slogans and images I can help raise social awareness to the real issues. We need not fear criminals nearly as much as we should fear the source of criminals…”the Machine.”

If you are still thinking this is crap, then you are not thinking for yourself. Because these truths are self evident to a thinking mind. Here's another shocker...the world is not flat.

7:32 AM

Just got a call from my oldest sister...I'm a grand-uncle, agian! My Niece just had a healthy baby girl early this morning! Welcome to the world, little girl. Dispite appearances, it really is a wonderfull place to be and don't let anyone tell you different. Everything is exactly as it should be, because God doesn't make mistakes.

Your fearless blogger here. What do you think of this pervert? He seems to think prisons are some sort of perpetual motion machines that lock 'victims' up to sustain their own existence and that society is really to blame.

Here is a news flash for you pervert, we grew up in the same society as you and we do not run around raping little boys.

Article - Flurry of legislation aims to tighten controls on sex offenders

By: DEIRDRE NEWMAN - Staff Writer / North County Times

The furor that erupted from the placement of a paroled high-risk sex offender in a residential neighborhood in Mead Valley has spawned a flurry of local and statewide efforts to toughen laws.

Critics are outraged at the May parole of David Allyn Dokich to a group home off Highway 74 between Perris and Hemet. Their complaints include that they weren't given enough advance notification, that Dokich is too close to a school near the group home and that he shouldn't have been moved to a residential area at all.

With emotions running at a fevered pitch, the Riverside County Board of Supervisors recently adopted an ordinance, Supervisor Jeff Stone is leading the charge for a voter initiative and at least two local legislators have introduced bills ---- all to reform the process of how the state deals with sex offenders. They say Dokich's release exposed gaping flaws in the system that need to be rectified to protect the public.

One of the bills, by Sen. Jim Battin, R-La Quinta, was quashed in the Assembly Public Safety Committee June 21. Three others introduced earlier this year by Sen. Dennis Hollingsworth, R-Murrieta, met a similar fate in the Senate's counterpart committee.

Day 62 - Recap, we know who Pimp Daddy is

Pimp Daddy is a regular at Camp Pervert. He has a couple of Jaguars and a brown full size Ford truck with a shell. Pimp Daddy always seems to wear a straw hat.

Thanks to a license plate check we now know he is Rev. Abraham Capers. What he is preaching, we don't know. But he has a foul mouth thats for sure. A bunch of us are thinking about going to his Sunday sermon and sitting in the front row. Damn pervert lover.

We are getting some estimates to get the property next to the clown house cleaned up. That way we can get 10-20 vehicles up there and really make some noise.

We had about 20 protesters tonight.

See you tomorrow and keep protesting, your childs life depends on it.

1:50 AM
Just found out that a five year old girl went missing from Chisholm MN. You might say that finding out about the girl missing is the proverbial last straw. Because of all the other recent incidents in the news lately, especially regarding missing people and the resulting intensification of the persecution of sex offenders, I've decided to start this blog as a sort of check and balance of where I am. This is for my own safety.

I figure it is just a matter of time before I am falsely accused of some crime or another. I already had the police at my door telling me some women down town were waving my picture around (that they printed from the internet) accusing me of harassing them for a date (a part of town I’ve never been to and women I never heard of, but the police acted as if they knew it was me). The visit was very intimidating and not friendly. I was "warned" that I was being watched as a known sex offender. The visit made me consult an attorney for advice; he told me there was nothing I could do unless charges were filed. I feel like a southern black man, just wondering when the lynch mob is going to show at my door accusing me of raping a white girl.

1:38 PM
I would like to be more social, but I'm always afraid people I meet are going to be offended when they find out about my past. It's particularily hard for me to meet women, since they are most likely to be offended. So, I end up staying home a lot.

6:09 PM
I'm working on a web site that I hope will be a voice for oppressed "criminals." I'm not sticking up for their crimes; I'm sticking up for the human being inside, and trying to get people to see that punishing a scapegoat does only creates more vicitms, mostly innocent ones.

I believe—I know—there are no bad people in this world, just people who do bad things. I was one once. I was ignorant. Now I know better, and the only reason I do is because I am not a bad person at heart. I care about people, and my only solace is in knowing that if I had understood how I was hurting my victim I would not have done it.

Our society needs to understand this. You take any criminal, even the worst, and underneath all the crappy thinking is a battered and tortured heart that cares. I've lived and loved these people, murderers, rapists, child molesters, you name it. Every one of them is a human and a victim of their own messed up thinking. Every one of them is capable of remorse. Even if most hide from their remorse by denying it, or by burying it in the rage they feel toward society for denying their existence as a worthwhile human being. And now instead of confirming their existence society is denying it in the worst way yet.

By requiring them to register, and directly implying that they are not valuable human beings, but instead they are monsters that must be watched closely and tolerated only because some long dead person wrote (for some long forgotten reason) that they have rights. How soon we forget that the Fathers of this country were criminals, even sex offenders by today’s standards. Study your history people; it’s all there waiting to be repeated.

Your fearless blogger here. Duncan sure does not like having to register as a sex offender. Well boo fracking hoo, think about that before you rape a 14 year old boy.

Check back tomorrow as we delve deeper into the mind of a serial child molester.

Day 62 - Joseph Edward Duncan

Who is he? He is the guy found with Shasta Groene. Her mother, a brother and another man were found beaten to death in their home. She and her brother Dylan had been missing for 6 weeks. Dylan is feared dead.

Joseph Edward Duncan III

Shasta Groene told investigators Duncan, a stranger, was their killer.

According to Shasta, Duncan bound the family in ligatures after entering the home. She and Dylan were carried out of the house and placed in the pickup Duncan was driving.

After switching vehicles, Duncan took the two children to a campsite in Montana, the first of what would be several such sites. The two were repeatedly molested, Shasta told investigators.

At age 17, Duncan pleaded guilty in adult court to first-degree rape and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. He was 16 when he raped a 14 year old boy at gun point. Duncan was released on parole in 1994 but violated it and was sent back to prison in 1997.

He was released again in 2000 and moved to Fargo, N.D., where he began studying computer science at North Dakota State University and made the dean’s list.

In July 2004 he was charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct and attempted criminal sexual conduct — accused of molesting a 6-year-old boy at a school playground in Minnesota.

In that case, he was accused of approaching two young boys with a video camera at a playground, and pulling down the shorts of one of the boys and touching him.

Turns out this pervert had a blog. We have his postings from January 2004 through May 2005.

There is a lot there. Every day I am going to try to post some of the relevant postings here. I will start with the earliest. I will not take the time to fix any typos or mis-spellings. I will remove non-relevant postings (what he ate, shopping trips, etc.) and add white space to make it easier to read.

You will read in his own words how he rationalizes his and other perverts actions and blames their evil doings on society.

I will call these "The Rantings of a Pervert".

Day 61 - Recap, we had a parade

Well, it was not our parade, we just crashed it.

It was the 13th Annual Mead Valley 4th of July Parade and Picnic and Car Show.

13th? I've been here 16 years and its the first I heard about it. Oh well, it was not much of a '4th of July' event any way, but thats a discussion for another blog.

We sat up our various signs at strategic locations in the parade route. We even slid into the parade at various times with our new 'Arnold' signs.

We also passed out about 400 flyers. You would be suprised at how many residents did not know there are 200 child molesters living in the area.

We also ran into some volunteers for Crosswinds Community Church. This is where child molester Bruce Robert Cook lives. They were suprised to hear about him and said they would check him out on Megan's Law.

Below are some pics from the event.

Day 60 - Recap, 2 months of hell for Mead Valley

We decided to have a short protest today because of the holiday weeked. We had about 15 protesters.

Bonnie, Molly Brown and I went up to the side of the clown house to have a little fun.

One of the female parole agents arrive shortly before her 8 pm baby sitting shift started. As she was exiting her vehicle Molly Brown started yelling 'Hey Whopper Butt'. That got her attention. Turns out her last name is Walker and she thought thats what Molly was yelling.

Parole agent Walker walked over to the fence and struck up a conversation with us.

She did not like being yelled at. Well it happens. You spend 2 months with a 2 time child rapist living next door and you would feel like yelling at any thing that moves.

She said she is just doing it for the money. I did not expect she was doing it for free, but it begs the question. What if all the parole agents refused this duty? Would parole be forced to move David Allyn Dokich to a more suitable location? Would the agents get in trouble? We simply do not know.

She then wanted to set the record straight on the 'Tweaker'. If you recall, back on June 17 (day 44), a clearly under the influence man was interviewed by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department and allowed to go on his away. The CHP locked him up a short time later. At the time we could not figure out why the 4 deputies and the parole agents let this guy go when the CHP grabbed him in a slit second.

According to agent Walker this is what happened. Sgt. Andersen of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department was the one making the calls. It was his decision to let the 'Tweaker' walk away.

She said that the 'Tweaker' gave the deputies a phoney ID written on a card.

Wait, wait wait, take a look at this guy.

Kirk Daniel Fletcher

Now imagine he is standing in front of you, jerking like he is in the electric chair, and when you ask him for ID he gives you a hand written card?

Apparently Sgt. Anderson of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department thinks thats nothing to be alarmed about. What about Sgt. Cashmore? He led the counties anti-dui program for several years, surely with his vast experience he can spot an under the influence individual. Nope.

Parole agent Walker said that its a lot of paper work with these type of arrests (when they are arrested and not allowed to walk away). Perhaps Sgt. Anderson had more important things to do that evening.

After the Sheriff Deputies let Kirk Fletcher walk away Walker noticed him at the front of the clown house talking with Harriet Cooks. Harriet runs Camp Pervert.

Fletcher entered the clown house and Agent Walker asked Harriet if she knew that individual. She said she did. They both went inside and found a face sheet on him. This is when Agent Walker learned the tweakers true identity and that he was a Parolee at Large.

By then Fletcher had left the house. Agent Walker walked back down to the entrance of Last Chance for Enlightenment to inform the deputies of her findings. The deputies had already left but 3 CHP officers were on scene. Agent Walker informed them that Fletcher was wanted. At that time 2 kids on bikes arrived, said they just saw Fletcher on Orange Ave. and the CHP went an apprehended him.

We had wondered how the CHP officers were able to so quickly figure out that Fletcher was a bad guy when the Riverside County Sheriff's Department spent 15 minutes with him and just let him go. Now we know why, Agent Walker was able to give the CHP his real ID.

Still, it does not excuse the Sheriff Deputies for letting Fletcher go. He was clearly under the influence and they had a duty to perform, which they failed miserably.

I asked Parole Agent Walker why she did not recognise Fletcher. He was paroled to her office just 2 months ago and was now wanted for parole violations.

She said they have 4,000 parolees to deal with. That may be, but you have to wonder, how many wanted parolees can walk right by a parole agent and not be recognised?

Here's a crazy idea, how about a weekly briefing about the parolees at large assigned to your office? Naw, that makes to much sense and requires a little effort. Can't have any of that now can we.

Parole Agent Walker seemed like a nice lady. Too bad she is stuck in a broken system.

And finally here's a tip for all you bad guys. If you encounter a Riverside County Sheriff's Deputy, just write a phoney name on a card. It fools them every time.
