Day 114 - Recap

There is a whole yard full of perverts clearing brush at the clown house today. Looks like those code enforcement violations are getting to them.

They still need to deal with the 'detached garage' that has a county 'DANGER' sign on it and the 'illegal business' violations.

Don't you feel bad for them.

Be safe.

Day 113 - Recap

All is quiet at the clown house.

Maybe they took one of those tax payer funded vacations we see other group homes take.

See you next time and keep your kids safe.

Day 111 - Recap

No sign of Dokich.

Not much of anything happening. A couple perverts stuck their heads out from around the corner of the clown house but they did not want any part of us.

Its eerily quiet.

Keep your kids safe.

Day 110 - Recap, Sweeney cries to RSO

We pulled an afternoon protest to keep an eye on the kids that have to walk past the clown house on their way home from school.

No sign of Dokich but we did see Sweeney and the Rev. Abraham Capers arrive. Sweeney then walked down to the road and started complaining about us to the sheriff's deputy.

At one point Sweeney played the race card and said we were calling him the N word. Well no one is buying it and you shouldn't be selling it.

Later a nice gentleman stopped by and donated 3 new bullhorns. Now we have 5! It really grabs the attention of traffic when 5 bullhorns are aimed at a house. We really appreciate the donation, thank you.

We have a video of Sweeney crying to the deputy.

Click the play button or click the videos link and look for 'Sweeney Crying' to watch it.

See you next time.

Day 109 - Recap

Dokich was raking the yard today. He seems to be spending less time inside the halfway house.

At one point Corissa Cooks came down to get the mail. She was laughing at the protesters. Laughing at parents concerned for the safety of their children.

Well we have nude, lesbian pictures of her brother's (Ron Samuel) wife.

We will post those, then lets see who's laughing, tax dollar whore!

See you next time and keep your kids safe.

Article: Weeding out bad group homes

This is a must read article. Props to Sarah Burge of the Press Enterprise.

The city of Riverside is doing what it can to get this cancer under control. Lets hope the County can do the same.

Here are some excerpts:

  • Since May 17, the task force has found 46 group homes and counting. The Police and Corrections Team and neighborhood groups have led the charge in identifying group homes throughout the city.
  • Riverside police Lt. Mark Boyer, who heads the task force, said inspectors have issued so many city code and fire code citations that they have created a backlog in the city attorney's office.
  • Boyer said the task force has gone after poorly run homes that "degrade the neighborhood and contribute to crime," most of which are sober-living homes, homes for parolees and probationers, and homes for people with mental disorders.

  • Boyer said 20 of the 46 houses identified have been inspected, resulting in 419 building-code citations and 106 fire-code citations.

  • The task force found 22 people living in a single five-bedroom house in Orangecrest, Boyer said.
  • There are some sober-living homes in the city that follow the rules, Boyer said, but "most of the 'sober-living' homes say that in word only.
  • Boyer shook his head in disbelief as he described the corrosive effect that some group homes have had on neighborhoods.

He said the bad behavior of group-home residents has driven other neighbors to sell their houses. The owners of the group homes, in turn, will buy those up, creating strings of problem houses on a single block.

  • One problem the task force has encountered, Boyer said, is that parole agencies have been "less than forthcoming" about where they place parolees.
