David Goldstein of CBS 2 news busts parole again

Last May David Goldstein found a clown house in LA with 11 sex offenders, including a child molester on parole. The clown house is right around the corner from an elementary school.

Back then parole said it was a 'mistake' and moved the child molester. The principal of the school was told the problem was resolved.

Last night on the channel 2 news at 11 pm David Goldstein found parole up to their dirty little tricks again at the same clown house.

The person running the clown house denied they had sex offenders but David Goldstein had the evidence and confirmed it with parole. Once again, just like last time, parole said it was a 'mistake'.

Parole breaks the rules all the time, we see it. Its their dirty little secret.

Last Chance Enlightenment is not licensed by the state and therefore has a limit of 6 residents. As of last week they had at least 8. Parole knows it, they place them there.

Why does parole continually break the rules? Could they be getting a little something extra on the side? The more sex offenders they can cram into a halfway house the more money there is to be made by all involved.

So we ask the question, why are you breaking the rules parole?

Day 141 - Recap

Lots going on today. We spotted a new, heavy set woman sitting on the front door step. We don't know who she is but she was conversing with David Allyn Dokich who was also sitting out front.

Vanessa Teicher and Terence Glenn Hanley drive around a lot together. Maybe they are an item, they both have something in common, their sexual predilection for children.

Shortly after 7 pm a grey BMW was heading north on Old Elsinore when it suddenly stopped in the middle of the road, nearly causing a chain collision with the 5 other vehicles behind it. Then it partially pulled over the the right shoulder, but it was still blocking the road. Then it made a hard left and entered the driveway of Last Chance Enlightenment. The driver appeared to be under the influence of something.

This is a new BMW 750iL and the price starts at around $75,000

They were not in the house long, maybe they were making a special delivery

Taking pictures of us, they seem facinated by the teenage girls.

Looks like Ron Samuel, son of Harriet Cooks. He looked high on something.

They were not in the house long, maybe they were just dropping 'something' off.

When they got down to the road they stopped, blocked traffic and started taking our pictures. Now look at the passenger in the last picture above and compare it to the picture below:

It looks like our libelous pal Ron Samuel, son of Harriet Cooks.

Harriet participated in a libelous article in Unleashed Magazine, saying all sorts of un-true things about us protesters. It took us less than 24 hours to link Harriet Cooks to the the CEO and publisher of the magazine Ron Samuel, who is her son. Of course they never mentioned that relationship in the article, but John and Ken did expose them on their show.

Ronny did not stay long enough to visit his mom and he certainly did not bring his twin boys Jaylen and Sabastian over to see grandma. Nor did he bring his wife Daphnee Duplaix Samuel with him. She has her own colorful past:

Is there anything Harriet Cooks and her family won't do for money?

See you next time and keep your kids safe.

Day 140 - Recap

More protesting but not much happening other than the Riverside County Sheriff's Department driving by multiple times to keep an eye on us evil protesters. Shows you where their priorities are.

There is some good news though. The 2 'missing' dogs were back in the yard of the clown house. Looks like all that hard work RSO did for Harriet Cooks' this weekend paid off. How much does that level of service cost any way?

Keep your family safe from the predators.

Day 139 - Recap

No protest tonight, however I have learned of something else that occured this past weekend.

On Saturday 'Bonnie' noticed the 2 dogs from the clown house following a man down the road. These 2 dogs look like black lab / pitt mixes and are very friendly. The gates to the clown house are often left open and the dogs are free to roam. They often try to come down to the road and we do our best to get them back in the yard, afraid they will get hit by traffic.

On Sunday 'Bonnie' returned home to find a Riverside County Sheriff's car parked out front. The deputy wanted to know if she knew anything about a neighbors missing dogs. 'Bonnie' asked if he was referring to Harriets Cooks' dogs and he said yes.

Hold on, stop the press.

The Riverside County Sheriff's department is now in the business of looking for lost dogs? When did this start? Animal Control won't help you find your lost dog, but now RSO will?

Truth be told, they probably won't help you find your lost pet, unless you run a halfway house for child molesters. Perhaps Harriet Cooks' is giving them 'a little something extra' for the special attention she receives.

Keep your kids safe, see you next time.

Todd Spitzer: I need your help to monitor sex offenders

I NEED YOUR HELP in urging Governor Schwarzenegger to sign AB 632 (Chu and Spitzer, Runner Principal Co-Author). This legislation will create the California Sex Offender Management Board, bringing together the agencies that manage sex offenders, while assessing current practices in parole supervision of sex offenders, and identifying and recommending the best practices.

State departments responsible for sex-offender management continue to put the lives of residents and our children in jeopardy. The Department of Mental Health, which manages the placement of sexually violent predators (SVP), attempted to place Douglas Badger near San Diego State University.

Convicted more than 20 times, Badger is a habitual sex offender who preys on men from 18 to 29 years of age. A lack of communication and oversight between various state and local agencies nearly allowed a sexually violent predator to be placed in his prime target area.

Mead Valley residents continue the fight against the placement of David Allyn Dokich in their community. A convicted violent sex offender, Dokich has vowed to kill his next victim in an effort to prevent that person from testifying against him in court. Dokich was convicted of raping a 15-year-old Orange County girl in 1982 and spent two years in prison. He was convicted a second time in 1987 of raping a 16-year-old Lake Elsinore girl.

In San Jose, Dean Arthur Schwartzmiller was arrested on suspicion of molesting two boys. A log he kept indicates that he might have molested a many as 36,000 victims. The Department of Mental Health, which manages the placement of Sexually Violent Predators (SVP), attempted to place Douglas Badger near San Diego State University. Convicted over twenty times, Mr. Badger is a habitual sex offender that preys on men from 18 to 29 years of age. It was the lack of communication and oversight that nearly allowed a Sexually Violent Predator to be placed in his prime target area.

California has the unique distinction of being the most populous state in the union that does not have a separate agency designated solely to manage sex offender placement, tracking, and rehabilitation practices. Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Illinois, Tennessee and Minnesota are just a few states that have implemented effective and successful programs. California state agencies currently lack effective and responsible communication with each other when placing sexual predators in our communities. The result is often a disjointed and dangerous system of confusion.

This is absolutely crucial legislation given the numerous reports from around the state where the current disjointed system has jeopardized the safety of our communities.

  • AB 632 passed out of the Legislature without any opposition.
  • This bill is currently on the Governor’s desk for his signature or veto.
  • The rumor is that the Department of Corrections, one of the agencies responsible for the “mismanagement” of sex offenders, is recommending a veto.
We have the opportunity of working together to maintain our quality of life, while protecting our children and communities.

We urge the public to help us make California safer. Call (916) 445-2841 or write the governor's office and urge him to vote for AB 632.

I have provided below a draft letter to Governor Schwarzenegger indicating support for the bill. I ask that you take a few minutes to cut and paste the text of the letter and personalize it by inserting your name, address and any personal story regarding why you feel this legislation must be passed.

You may fax the letter using the fax number indicated in the letter or e-mail Governor Schwarzenegger at governor@governor.ca.gov with “Support AB 632” in the subject line. I would appreciate if you could provide me a copy of your correspondence for my records.

Thank you in advance for helping me encourage the Governor to sign this important legislation that will advance public safety and ensure the safety of our children remain a top priority of this state.

RE: SUPPORT for Assembly Bill 632 (Chu and Spitzer, Runner Principal Co-Author)

Dear Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger:

I write to you today on behalf of ______________________, to voice (my/our) support for AB 632, which would create the California Sex Offender Management Board.

The Sex Offender Management Board will assess statewide practices of sex offender placement and monitoring, conduct policy research, develop reports and make recommendations to the legislature and the Governor to achieve a level of standardized best practices across the state. Area-specific management is necessary to ensure efficient communication and coordination between state and local agencies responsible for sex offender placement. The Sex Offender Management Board is mandated to monitor and report on best practices that can be implemented statewide to better protect residents.

Unlike many other states, California has no coordinated or centralized communication, decision-making or research infrastructure specific to managing sex offenders in the community on parole, probation or conditional release.

Most convicted sex offenders are released from the criminal justice system into our communities following sentencing or after a term of incarceration. It is imperative that a comprehensive and cohesive network of interventions be in place to control their behaviors. Only through organized communication and collaborative efforts can those responsible for sex offender management contain these offenders and minimize the risk of future sexual victimization.

Thank you in advance for your favorable response to this very important bill. (We are/I am) pleased to support AB 632.

Realy big signs

Clarification: Michael William Bryan

As you may recall convicted child molester Michael William Bryan has been moved from the Last Chance clown house on Old Elsinore Rd. (where David Allyn Dokich lives) to the Last Chance clown house on Cox St.

From Megan's Law regarding Michael William Bryan:

Offense Code

While people convicted of 288 (child molestation) are on parole current law prohibits them from residing within a 1/4 mile of schools K-8. We thought this was a violation as the Cox St. clown house is within a 1/4 mile of an elementary school.

However, Michael William Bryan is not currently on parole for 288, he is on parole for penal code 314, indecent exposure. There are no restrictions on where he may live while on or off parole for indecent exposure.

One of the shortcomings of the Megan's Law website is that while it shows what offenses someone has been convicted of it does not show if they are currently on parole and if so, what for.

I do my best to provide an accurate account of everything that goes on. I certainly do not try to mis-lead anyone and I apologize for the mistake.

Day 137 - Recap

We did not protest this weekend for various reasons.

Today seemed like a blast from the past as the Riverside County Sheriff's Department saw fit to park a unit just down the road to keep an eye on us evil protesters.

After a brief thunderstorm drenched us, 'Bonnie', 'Molly' and I walked up to our property next to the clown house.

'Bonnie' and 'Molly' were working the bullhorns to perfection. I could see the RSO unit and after about 20 minutes it started heading our way.

I watched as it headed up the dirt road. It went to the end, then turned right into our property. It drove along the fence, then made another right turn. It was heading right for 'Bonnie' and 'Molly'. Is this it? Will our civil liberties once again be infringed upon by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department?

The unit was driving slowly, about 5 mph, as it approached 'Bonnie' and 'Molly'.

'Bonnie' and 'Molly' did not stop protesting for one second even as the RSO unit approached. These gals were fantastic! They refused to be intimidated by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department and will continue to protest to protect their children.

Amazingly the deputy did not stop, he/she just drove slowly by us and then headed back out to the road. That was....odd.

Perhaps that is the way it is supposed to work. Someone (the perverts) calls the Riverside County Sheriff's Department and complains. The RSO responds, see's nothing wrong, and is on their way. Maybe we were just lucky and this deputy actually had a clue, unlike many we encounter.

See you next time and keep your kids safe.
