Only 36% of registered voters want new prisons built

According to the state wide field poll released Wednesday, only 36% support building new prisons.

The poll, conducted by telephone Feb. 12-26, sampled 680 registered voters.

Listen up your primitive screwheads. No new prisons means early release for felons or more programs of trying to 'rehabilitate' them while on parole in communities. Is this what you want?

Only 31% approve of the job the Legislature is doing. Well at least they got that right.

Just 31% said they thought the state was heading in the right direction while 55% said the state was on the wrong track. They really went out on a limb with that one.
